Striploin, Ribeye, Tenderloin, Roasts, and Ground Beef are all available. We cut the steaks at 10-12oz for Striploin and Ribeye, and 6-8oz for Tenderloin. Ground beef comes in 1lb packages, and chuck roast weighs about 2-3 lbs.
